Understanding yourself within relationships
Relationships have the power to shape how we see ourselves, how we connect with others, and how we experience the world. When they're healthy, they can bring joy, security, and growth. When they're struggling—or end—they can leave us questioning everything. If you're here, you may be wondering whether to stay or leave a relationship, trying to heal after a breakup or divorce, rebuilding after betrayal, or simply wanting to understand yourself within the context of a relationship.
My passion is helping individuals understand themselves within relationships. Together, we'll explore the patterns, beliefs, fears, and strengths that influence the way you connect with others. My goal isn't to tell you what decisions to make. Instead, I'll help you gain clarity, deepen your understanding of yourself, and make relationship decisions that align with your values and the life you want to build.
Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale—where you don't have to pretend you have it all together or worry about being judged. I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and challenged in ways that help you grow.
While my foundation is rooted in years of clinical training and experience, my understanding of relationship transitions is also personal. Like many people, I've experienced seasons that challenged my own assumptions about love, loss, resilience, and starting over. Those experiences have deepened my empathy and reinforced what I already believed: healing is possible, growth is possible, and even after life's most painful chapters, hope can return.
I don't believe therapy is about “fixing” people. I believe it's about helping people reconnect with themselves. Whether you're navigating relationship uncertainty, divorce, heartbreak, dating, or simply wanting healthier relationships moving forward, you don't have to figure it out alone. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
“Healing is possible, growth is possible, and even after life's most painful chapters, hope can return.”
